Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jams Organic Products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read the following guidelines to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@jamsorganic.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund amount will be for the price of the item minus any shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please email us at support@jamsorganic.com with your order number and details of the exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.
Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
